after their purchase. If you purchase a memory foam mattress pad from
us, and decide later that that product is not the best choice for
you, you can return it to us within 90 days*, and we will give you
a refund on your purchase less a small fee to cover our expenses.**

For many of our customers, our products are their first experience
with memory foam. We consider it a privilege to be able introduce
our customers to the health benefits of our products. In fact, we
consider our work to be nothing less than life-changing.
For many of our customers, a mattress topper is appealing because it's a way to get acquainted with memory foam, but it doesn't require the same financial commitment that a full mattress would.
Since we started our upgrade program, we've seen about 6 in 10 customers make the switch from topper to full mattress. We created this program because we're confident that once you try memory foam, you will want to experience its full benefits with a completely integrated memory foam mattress from Sleep Aid's Dream series. Return Policy
You may return your mattress or topper within 90 days from the time
it was received. Once you request a return and it is approved, we
will send you a prepaid shipping label, so you can send the item back.
All returns must be accompanied by a return authorization code, which
can be obtained by calling 800-538-7960. All items must arrive at
our warehouse on or before the 90th day, and must be returned in "like
new" condition with original packaging. All mattress foundation
returns must be received in original packaging and packaged exactly
as delivered. Mattress foundations that are returned with missing,
damaged or misplaced parts will not be accepted for return. We recommend
that you use a camera to document the condition of your product before
sending. Customers who refuse delivery or cancel after the order has
shipped will be charged for all shipping costs, a 6% credit card fee,
as well as a 10% restocking fee. Customers who cancel their order
prior to shipping will be assessed a 6% credit card fee.
Shipping Time
All memory foam products are cut to order, so that they are in perfect
condition when they arrive at your door. Please allow 10-14 business
days for delivery.
*Items must be received at our warehouse on or before
the 90th day.
** $50 dollar fee for returned memory foam mattress
toppers, and $200 fee for returned memory foam mattresses. Mattress
foundations returned without the mattress will be subject to a 100.00
shipping and handling fee.
PLEASE NOTE: Memory foam pillows are considered a "personal hygiene" item, and therefore are not returnable. All pillow sales are final.
Dimensions: All memory foam products are custom made and may vary by as much as 1" (one inch) from the advertised dimensions.
